Our Programs Credit Repair/Budgeting Home Protection Program The Home Protection Program helps workers who lose their jobs because of changing economic conditions, such as plant closing or lay-off. It can provide a loan to pay your mortgage while you look for a job or train for a new one, and counseling to help you understand your options and plan your next step. The program was funded by the NC General Assembly and the loans are offered by the NC Housing Finance Agency in partnership with housing counseling organizations that serve all 100 counties in NC. MERCY Business Training & Development Center National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling Program Rehab And New Construction Homes Available Rental Program Reverse mortgage counseling is a free service offered to educate you about reverse mortages, inform you of alternative options available, and to assist you in determining which particular reverse mortgage product best fits your needs.
